Lucy-1 year

This little is another in my life that can make me laugh endlessly.  Just being around this sweet and oh so funny girl makes you happy to be alive.  Her middle name (Joyce) is after my husband's grandmother who was, without a doubt, the kindest and purest soul I have ever met.  I am so pleased to see that same sweetness coming out in Lucy.  I hope she will continue to learn about her great-grandmother and emulate the many wonderful qualities she had.

Plain and simple, these are good people.  I don't think I can ever thank Savannah enough for how she opened her arms to me when we first moved into the neighborhood.  She is one of the sweetest, most genuine people I know.  Thank you for letting me take these for your beautiful family!

What can I say?  So I'm a sucker for cupcake shops.  I can't help it!  I'm also a sucker for this little girl, my niece Ruby.  So energetic, so sweet, and so funny.  I love her and it doesn't hurt that she's freaking adorable :)

Jayne-3 years

My little Jayne is a spit-fire which at times makes me crazy and other times makes me laugh out loud and just want to hug and kiss on her.  You light up a room little girl...and a photo shoot :)

I knew I wanted to do a rainy day shoot with her, but definitely didn't want to take my camera out in full-on rain.  Finally we got a cloudy day after the rain on a charming little country lane...perfect for letting my girl have a blast splashing in all the puddles :)
